1 General Terms & Conditions

By using 99 Apps (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. 99 Apps reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by applicable laws of Bangladesh. The official rules and terms of 99 Apps are published in Bengali and shall serve as the definitive document. In the event of any translation into another language, the Bengali version will be considered authoritative.

Scope of Application

By using 99 Apps (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. 99 Apps reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

• These terms and conditions apply to all products and services offered by 99 Apps.
• Third-party game providers' own terms and conditions may also apply.
• Separate terms and conditions may apply for special promotions or events.
• You will be notified by email or push notification whenever these terms are updated.

2 Account Registration & Verification

To register with 99 Apps, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Accounts created using false or misleading information will be immediately terminated and any balance held in such accounts will be forfeited.

Registration Requirements

• Each individual may only register one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• The name, date of birth, and ID number provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
• KYC verification must be completed within 30 days of opening your account.
• Keep your account password strong and never share it with anyone.

Before making a withdrawal, every player must complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) process by submitting a scanned copy of one of the following government-issued IDs:

3 Deposit & Payment Policy

99 Apps accepts deposits via Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking services. All deposits are credited to your gaming account instantly.

Deposit Rules

• Deposits must be made from your own payment account. Using another person's account is strictly prohibited.
• If your deposit has not been credited within 5 minutes, please contact support immediately.

• 99 Apps does not charge any deposit fees. However, if the payment provider applies a charge, that cost is the user's responsibility.

4 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawing your winnings from 99 Apps is simple and fast. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. However, withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• The daily maximum withdrawal limit is ৳1,00,000. Higher limits apply for VIP players.
• Winnings earned from bonuses must meet the wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held for verification if suspicious activity is detected.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

99 Apps regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for its players. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which must be followed.

General Bonus Terms & Conditions

• Wagering Requirement: Once a bonus is received, a specified wagering requirement — typically 20x to 30x the bonus amount — must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• Validity Period: Every bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid on specific games. Please read the details carefully before claiming any bonus.
• One Bonus Per Person: It is generally not possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time.

Welcome Bonus

New players are eligible for a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit. A 25x wagering requirement applies, the bonus is valid for 30 days, and the welcome bonus can only be claimed once.

6 Betting Rules

Separate rules apply for Sports Betting, casino games, and live games on 99 Apps. Please read the rules for each game carefully before placing any bets.

Sports Betting

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If the line changes before a match begins, the updated odds will apply.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake will be refunded.
• If evidence of doping or match-fixing is found, all related bets will be voided.

Casino Games

• All games are RNG (Random Number Generator) certified and fair.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, 99 Apps will assess the situation and make a decision accordingly.
• Any complaints regarding game outcomes must be reported to support within 24 hours.

7 Prohibited Activities

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on 99 Apps in order to maintain a safe and fair environment. Any prohibited activity detected will be acted upon immediately.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Bonus abuse — placing bets strategically to meet bonus wagering requirements.
• Using software, bots, or automation tools to play games.
• Threatening or abusive behavior toward other players or staff.
• Fraudulent payments or chargebacks.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

99 Apps reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that violates these terms. Players may also close their own account at any time if they wish.

Voluntary Account Closure

If you would like to take a break from gaming, please contact our support team. We can offer the following options:

• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary break ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Long-term break ranging from 6 months up to 5 years.
• Permanent Closure: Permanently closing your account — this action cannot be reversed.

Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account. Bonus balances are non-refundable.

9 Responsible Gaming
